Flexible payment term for estates, up to 90 days
We understand that an estate’s funds are not always immediately available, even when the property needs to be cleared quickly, for example ahead of a sale or handover.
That’s why, case by case, we can agree a longer payment term for the estate — up to 90 days from completion of the work.
This means clearing and preparing the property for sale doesn’t necessarily have to be delayed just because releasing the estate’s funds takes time.
An extended payment term is always agreed in writing before work begins.
An estate can be handled with a single assignment
The scope of the assignment is always agreed case by case — not every item below is automatically included in every assignment.

Invoicing is agreed as part of the assignment. The invoice can be addressed, as agreed, to the estate or to another instructing party.
Can the estate get a longer payment term?
Yes. Case by case, we can agree a payment term of up to 90 days from completion of the work. An extended payment term is always agreed in writing before work begins.
How is scheduling coordinated with the estate inventory and other deadlines?
We always tell you how quickly the clearing can be carried out, and agree a date that fits the estate inventory (perunkirjoitus) and the estate’s other deadlines. A written quote is provided within 24 hours.
Do the beneficiaries need to be on site?
Not necessarily. Key handover, the scope of work and communication can be agreed remotely, including when beneficiaries live in a different area or abroad.
What happens if you find important documents or valuables?
Agreed items, such as important documents and valuables, are left untouched or set aside for later handling according to the agreed instructions.
Can you document the work?
